We are always looking for talented people to join our family.  We have been fortunate in our ability to attract and retain wonderful staff.  We take pride in a low turnover rate in an industry where sales associates typically come and go.  We have experienced at least 4 staff members who have hit a 10-year employment mark at Grassroots.  Our philosophy is to treat each staff member as though they are a part of our family.  Grassroots has a very positive work environment based upon team work, flexibility to changes in staff life situations, trust, and respect.  We typically promote from within, but have had one successful manager hired externally.

We currently have three types of employees: full time salaried, part time hourly, and seasonal.  Full time positions are typically reserved for management positions.  Most employees start off as a part time sales associate.  Some former employees will rejoin us as seasonal help during the holidays.
